Hello, I’m Stephanie. I am a marketing and communications strategist who builds creative and data-driven campaigns. My work as a designer and content creator is balanced with a background in science, data, and measuring results.

I’ve helped organizations and entrepreneurs craft engaging stories, build brands that resonate with their ideal customers and employees, and create and execute high-performing campaigns. I’ve worked full-time as in-house talent and have led marketing departments, agency partners, vendors, and projects. I’ve also worked as a freelance consultant.

I’m curious, creative, and love celebrating the moment everything comes together. When it all goes right, it certainly feels like magic.

A story-driven cross-channel brand awareness campaign designed to promote ACNB Bank’s commitment to local businesses. I created the concept, managed the project, and launched this series of testimonial videos and photo features. The campaign had an 800% ROI.

Collaboration + Eating = CollaborEATS. This fun project was a multi-year campaign for Frederick County Bank highlighting the relationship between community banks, local businesses, and local nonprofits. I leveraged social media, print, digital, and event experience marketing.

How do you make a bank more engaging on Instagram? Piggyback on what people are already talking about. I led this weekly content campaign which showcased local companies, and experiences. I leveraged photography, social media, user-generated content, employee ambassadors, and brand strategy.

The complete design of Habitat for Humanity of Frederick County’s signature fundraising event. The project included graphic design, promotional materials, website & online shop creation, event signage, apparel, and more. The event has raised more than $40K/year net since 2016.
